Phone repair in Vilnius: how to bring your phone to the Žirmūnai service centre

You will find the service centre in Žirmūnai, in the new small „Rimi“ store next to McDonald’s. Look for the „elMeistrai“ sign.

On weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm you can simply walk in – there is no need to call in advance. The service centre is closed at weekends, so if you need your phone for work, it is better to drop by from Monday to Friday.

If the screen is broken, do not try to clean up the shards or press on the glass yourself. Bring the phone in as it is.

What happens when you leave your phone with a technician

First, an initial diagnostic is carried out for €10. It shows whether the screen, battery, charging port or motherboard is at fault, or whether the problem is only software-related. This is especially useful when the fault is unclear: the phone does not turn on, drains quickly or sometimes switches off on its own.

After the diagnostic, you will learn the repair price and turnaround time. Work starts only with your consent. Original parts are used for repairs, and a warranty is provided for the work carried out. The turnaround time depends on the fault and on whether the part is already in stock.

When a phone is worth repairing and when to consider other options

Repair is usually worthwhile when there is one clear fault: a broken screen, a worn-out battery, or a clogged or worn charging port. Prices start from €10, and the technician will tell you the exact amount, depending on the model, after an inspection.
