How to bring your scooter to the Žirmūnai service point

The service point is located in Žirmūnai, in the Naujoji small “Rimi” store next to McDonald’s, under the “elMeistrai” sign. The Vilnius service point is open Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 – come during opening hours, no need to call or register in advance.

An electric scooter usually weighs over ten kilograms, so before the trip fold it and secure it so that the handlebar does not turn and the folding lever does not drop during transport. If the display shows an error code, take a photo of it – it shortens the technician’s search.

If the scooter is smoking, smells of burning or the battery casing is swollen, do not charge it any more.

What the technician does when you leave your scooter

First, the initial diagnostics are carried out for €10. The technician checks the battery, controller, motor, brakes and mechanical parts, then tells you the cause of the fault and the repair price. We do not start work until you agree to the price.

Original parts are used for the repair, and a warranty is provided for the work performed. If you need a certificate for an insurance company or another institution, we can issue it. The price of parts depends on the model, so you will learn the exact amount after diagnostics.

Before replacing the battery

The battery is usually one of the most expensive parts of a scooter, so it is worth making sure it is really the culprit. Similar symptoms sometimes arise from the BMS controller or the charging circuit, rather than from worn-out cells.
