We usually start the repair with what you hear: silence, crackling, background hum, or an amplifier that switches to protection mode after a few seconds. At the Žirmūnai service point we accept Hi-Fi and car amplifiers, active and passive speakers, car stereos, music centres and home cinema systems.

No advance appointment is needed – just come to the service point during opening hours. You pay €10 for the initial diagnostics, and you hear the repair price before work begins, so you make your decision already knowing the amount.

Audio equipment repair in Vilnius: how to prepare for your visit

Before you leave, unplug the device from the power outlet and disconnect the cables, if it is safe to do so. Bring only what is related to the fault. If only one speaker is silent, it is best to bring it together with the amplifier, as this helps the technician determine faster which circuit the problem lies in.

Do not open the amplifier or receiver housing – it contains live voltage parts, and large capacitors can hold a charge even when the device is switched off. Trying to “fix” it at home often causes more damage than the fault itself.

The repair price is agreed before work begins. Original parts are used, a warranty is provided for the work, and, if needed, a certificate is issued for an insurance company or another institution.
