How to bring in your device

Simply come to any service point during working hours. There is no need to register or call before you arrive.

When you arrive, briefly tell us what happened: when the fault appeared, whether the device has been exposed to liquid, dropped or repaired before. Such details help us find the cause faster.

the device itself and, if you have them, its charger or power cable
accessories with which the fault occurs (e.g., battery, cartridge, remote control)
the password or code, if the device is locked
documents, if the repair will require a certificate for an insurance company or another institution

If the device contains important photos or documents, make a copy of them before you come – if possible.

What happens after the device is accepted

First, an initial diagnostic is performed – it costs €10. The technician determines the cause of the fault, and the repair price is given to you after the diagnostic and agreed with you before the repair begins.

Original parts are used for repairs, and a warranty is provided for the work carried out. If necessary, a certificate is issued for an insurance company or another institution.

We repair home and business electronics and household appliances: phones, computers, TVs, printers and other devices. We also refill cartridges and update navigation systems.

How to find the service point in your city

The website elmeistrai.lt is operated by UAB „Net septyni”. Here are the landmarks in each city:

Vilnius (Žirmūnai): in the new small „Rimi” store next to McDonald’s, under the „elMeistrai” sign.

Do I need to register in advance?

No, there is no need to register, and calling before you arrive is not necessary. Simply come to any service point during working hours.
