Cartridge refilling in Vilnius: how to get here and what happens on site

You will find the service point in Žirmūnai, in the New small „Rimi” store next to McDonald’s. Look for the „elMeistrai” sign. We work on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., so visiting after work is only possible if you make it by six.

Bring an empty cartridge. You can leave it to be refilled or, if a cartridge of that model is in stock at the time, immediately take an already refilled cartridge of the same model for the same price. The second option is convenient when you need the printer the same day. When the cartridge is in stock, replacement takes about 5 minutes.

It’s worth knowing in advance that some models need a new chip. For example, the Xerox 3020 chip is ordered and arrives within 3–5 business days, so in this case you should not expect quick same-day refilling.

If you don’t remember the exact cartridge model, bring it along with the printer name – in the price list, models are listed by cartridge designation.

When the cartridge has been refilled but print quality is still poor

Not every faded print means the toner is to blame. Streaks, spots or blank pages can be caused by a worn drum, a cleaning blade or components of the printer itself. We write about this in more detail in the article why a laser printer prints faintly.

If the printer shows an error after refilling or does not detect the cartridge, the problem is usually the chip or the contacts. It is similar with the HP M110w and M140w: a cartridge with your chip transferred costs €18, and with a new chip – €25. When the fault is in the printer itself and how the price is then calculated

If the spots or lines remain even with a different cartridge, the problem is most likely in the printer. In that case, bring in the device itself: the initial diagnostics cost €10, and we give the repair price after it and agree on it with you before starting any work. What to bring to the service point in Žirmūnai

  • An empty cartridge, preferably in its original box or bag so that the toner does not spill
  • The name of the printer model or a photo of it, if you are not bringing the device itself
  • A photo or a sheet with the bad print – it makes it easier to see where the problem is
  • An additional cartridge or chip, if you have one (e.g. in the case of the HP M110w)

Do you refill inkjet cartridges?

The price list includes laser cartridge models. For an inkjet cartridge, bring it to the service point and ask on the spot, as we do not list such prices on this page.

Can I pick up a refilled cartridge right away?

Yes, you can leave your empty cartridge and take an already refilled cartridge of the same model for the same price. This depends on whether such a cartridge is available on site at that time.
