Cartridge refilling in Šiauliai without an appointment

You can come on any working day from 9:00 to 18:00. There is no need to call or register – just drop in at the service point. The Šiauliai service point is closed at weekends, so please plan your visit between Monday and Friday.

What to choose: refill your cartridge or take an already refilled one

There are two options. Leave your empty cartridge and get it back refilled, or pick up a ready-refilled cartridge of the same model straight away for the same price. The second option is convenient when you need to print right now. If the cartridge is in stock, the swap takes about 5 minutes.

Some models also need a new microchip (chip). For example, the price for an HP 142A cartridge differs: €18 if your chip can be transferred, and €25 if a new one is fitted. Some chips, such as the Xerox 3020, have to be ordered when needed – the price list states a lead time of 3–5 business days.

When the problem may not be the cartridge

After refilling, the print should be sharp and even. If streaks, spots or faint printing persist, the cause may be the drum, the roller or another part of the printer. For the most common causes of faded prints, read the article why a laser printer prints faintly.

  • Refilling helps when the cartridge is running empty: the print gradually fades, and the edges of the page remain darker.
  • Diagnostics is needed when the defect is the same even with another, working cartridge.
  • Repair is worth considering when the printer does not pick up paper, squeaks or shows an error for no clear reason.

What is the difference between refilling and swapping a cartridge?

When refilling, your own cartridge is refilled. When swapping, you are given an already refilled cartridge of the same model, so there is no waiting. The price in the price list is the same in both cases.

The printer doesn’t recognise the cartridge after refilling. What should I do?

Most often the chip or the cartridge position is at fault. Bring the cartridge and the printer so that we can check them. For HP M110w and M140w models, the correct microchip is important.

Is a warranty provided for repairs?

A warranty is provided for the work performed. We will explain the specific terms for your order on site, once it is clear what is being done.

Can I bring several cartridges at once?

Yes, bring them all. The price of each depends on the model, so we will quote prices based on the markings. Bring the printer too if you are unsure which cartridge is empty.
