A Land Rover navigation disc is a DVD with the maps that power the Denso navigation in Discovery 3, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport and Freelander 2 vehicles. An old disc shows roads that no longer exist and does not display new roundabouts or motorway sections.

We offer map discs for these vehicles in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda. You can find general information about navigation systems of all makes on the navigation update page.

How much does an update cost? The price depends on the system and the selected countries. We will tell you after the initial diagnostics (€10) and agree on it with you before any work begins.
Do I need to register? No. Just come to any service point during working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00. We are closed at weekends.
What warranty is provided? Map discs come with a 1-year warranty.
Which vehicles is it suitable for? Discovery 3, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport and Freelander 2. You can find the exact production periods in the description below.

How to tell that your map is out of date

The most common signs that Land Rover drivers come to us with.

Navigation shows the wrong location

WhyThe map does not include new roads, junctions or roundabouts, so the car appears to be „driving” across fields. In rarer cases, the GPS signal is to blame.

Myths about the Land Rover navigation disc

Myth. One disc is enough for all of Europe. In fact. The maps are divided into three discs by country. For example, Lithuania is covered in detail only on the third disc, together with Poland, Latvia and Estonia.
Myth. A phone app replaces the car’s navigation. In fact. A phone is convenient, but the car’s system works without the internet and uses the built-in screen. Many drivers choose both.
Myth. Any disc will fit any Land Rover. In fact. The disc version depends on the system (C1, C2 or USA) and the year of manufacture. That is why it is important to first identify the system version.

Which Land Rover navigation disc fits your car

For the Denso C1 system: Discovery 3 (2004/10–2009/06), Range Rover (2004/05–2009/06) and Range Rover Sport (2005/03–2009/06). Denso C2: Freelander 2 from 2006/06. There is a separate version for USA Denso systems, including Range Rover and other models.

The discs are divided into three sets: Western Europe (Ireland, Great Britain, Spain, France, etc.), Central and Northern Europe (Germany, Italy, Scandinavia, etc.) and Eastern Europe with detailed coverage of Lithuania, Poland, Latvia and Estonia.

Why is the navigation not working?

The causes vary: an outdated or scratched disc, a system error, or a GPS signal problem. Diagnostics (€10) shows whether updating the maps is enough.

Does the navigation work without internet?
