How to find the service point in the courtyard behind the „Elesen” car park

The Klaipėda service point is not located on the street façade, so it is worth knowing a landmark when you come for the first time. Stop at the „Elesen” car park, then head to the courtyard side – the service point is on the ground floor of the neighbouring five-storey building.

Look for the door by the „Taisykla7” sign on the wall.

Arrive before 18:00 – the service point is open only on weekdays and closed on weekends.

Cartridge refilling in Klaipėda: what you can get in one visit

You can bring in an empty cartridge and get it back refilled or, if a refilled cartridge of the same model is available on site, take it right away for the same price. When the cartridge is in stock, the swap takes about 5 minutes.

The price depends on the cartridge type: older HP 12A–24A series cartridges – from €12, HP CE285A or Canon 725 – €15, Brother TN-2320 – €15, HP 226A or Canon 052 – €20. Some cartridges stop „seeing” the microchip after refilling, so the price list also includes separate chips for €5–9. You can find the full list on the main cartridge refilling page.

The HP 142A (M110w, M140w) cartridge can be refilled for €18 without a new chip – your existing one is transferred. With a new chip, the price is €25.

When the problem isn’t a lack of toner, but the printer

A faded printout or streaks don’t always mean the cartridge is empty. If streaks, smudges or a gray background remain even with a refilled cartridge, the cause may be a worn cartridge part or a printer assembly. We write more about this in the article why a laser printer prints faintly.

What to bring to the Klaipėda service point

  • The empty cartridge – ideally in a sealed bag or box; keep it horizontal so toner doesn’t spill

Why does the printer say the cartridge is incompatible after refilling?

Sometimes the cartridge chip is to blame: it may have registered that the cartridge was already empty. In that case, a new chip may help – the price list includes separate chips for €5–9, depending on the model.

Is the price the same for all models?

No. It depends on the cartridge model: refilling starts from €12 for older HP cartridges, and the most expensive in the price list are Konica Minolta cartridges – up to €28. Separate chips cost from €5. We give the exact amount once we see your cartridge.

How long does it take to replace a cartridge?

When the cartridge is in stock, replacement takes about 5 minutes.

What should I do if I don’t know the cartridge model?

Bring the cartridge itself or tell us the printer model. Usually, one of them is enough to determine which cartridge fits and how much refilling will cost.
