It builds up in the heating element and tubes, so the water heats more slowly, the coffee gets worse and the pump works under a higher load. Use filtered or softened water and descale the machine according to the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the descaling program does not start, does not help or the machine still works badly afterwards, bring it to the service centre.
