Below are the most common symptoms, what you can check yourself and what a technician does at the service point. Turn the printer off, wait a few minutes and turn it on again. Unplug the device from the mains for a few minutes and restart it. Do not open the device housing \u2013 there are mains-voltage circuits inside.<\/p><p class=\"em-symptom__fix\"><span class=\"em-symptom__k\">What we do<\/span>We measure the power circuits, repair or replace the power supply unit, and check whether the main board is damaged.<\/p><\/article><article class=\"em-symptom\"><p class=\"em-symptom__n\">09<span class=\"em-symptom__price\">from 20 \u20ac<\/span><\/p><h3 class=\"em-symptom__title\">The printer is not reachable over Wi-Fi or prints very slowly<\/h3><p class=\"em-symptom__why\"><span class=\"em-symptom__k\">Why<\/span>The most common cause is a changed router or password, an outdated driver or a weak signal.
