I read all the reviews and everyone said how wonderful they were. I couldn't wait to try it myself. It worked fine the first few times, but then suddenly stopped working. I didn't know what to do! I tried switching it off and on again, but that didn't help. I was very frustrated and did not know who to call for help. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>p.s. First, I checked the power supply and made sure that the vacuum cleaner was switched on correctly. Then I inspected the filter to make sure it was cleaned regularly and was not clogged. Finally, I checked that there were no objects blocking its path or impeding its movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When none of this helped, I decided to turn to the manufacturer for help. They had an excellent customer service department that was able to diagnose the problem quickly and got me back up and running in no time. It turns out that my robot vacuum cleaner was stuck on the carpeting and could not move properly. Once the road was cleared, my robot vacuum cleaner returned to normal and I was able to continue using it without any problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to remember that although robotic vacuum cleaners are convenient and efficient, they can still occasionally experience faults. If your robot vacuum cleaner has stopped working, take a few moments to fix the problem before contacting customer service.
